Update letter templates - ING Bank

At the end of the month, the bank details of ESE GmbH will change — the company is switching to ING Bank.

This means the IBAN and BIC will change.

The letterhead for Neuruppin and Olpe has already been updated; the templates can be found in the intranet as usual.

The update of the letter templates in SAP has already been requested and will take place in calendar week 9. Please check all documents used in your area from 01 March 2026 onwards and contact our ESE Helpdesk if the SAP team still needs to update a document.

Please make sure that you only use the current documents and that you provide only the correct, new bank details.
